Webinar: What’s up with the C in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy): The Role of Thinking with Tobacco Use and Tobacco Quit Webinar

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an effective form of treatment for individuals with substance use disorders. This webinar will include a basic review of the components of CBT, focusing on the impact of thoughts on feelings and behavior. Using case studies, participants will begin to identify unhelpful thinking. Finally, participants will learn ways to address these thought traps in real time with their patients/clients.
