The National Certificate in Tobacco Treatment Practice (NCTTP) was created to standardize and unify tobacco competencies, knowledge, and provides recognition of professionals who obtain the certificate.
MaineHealth Center for Tobacco Independence Education and Training Program is a nationally accredited provider of the core training requirements necessary to apply for NCTTP. The required curriculum includes the Treating Tobacco Together: Essential Skills Training, the Treating Tobacco Together: Intensive Skills Training and the Tobacco Treatment and Prevention Conference.
